Office Environment Management 15%Managing office facilities and equipment (stationery, copiers, IT devices, etc.)Liaising with building management and other vendorsOverseeing health and safety measures (fire drills, disaster preparedness, etc.)2. General Administration 10%Sorting and distributing mail and packagesGreeting visitors and answering phone callsOrganizing and storing company documents and contractsPlanning and running company events (team building dinner, etc.)3. HR & Labor Support 5%Managing attendance records and time trackingCoordinating onboarding and offboarding procedures (approving IT accounts, preparing business cards, etc.)4. Finance & Procurement Support 5%Ordering and managing supplies and consumablesMonitoring costs for office goods and outsourced servicesChecking invoices and receipts, and processing payment requestsControlling of company seals5. Communication & Coordination 5%Acting as a point of contact for employee inquiriesBridging communication between departments (Sales support, HR, Finance)Reporting to and making proposals for senior management6.
