Sales Support Officer

Dedicated to providing top-quality dairy products and nutritional solutions worldwide.Role DescriptionAs Sales Support Officer, you are responsible for managing the sales flow of dairy products within the Trading division, acting as the key link between customers, sales managers, logistics, and supply chain. The role focuses on order management, forecasting, and maintaining strong relationships with our B2B customersResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams regarding sales activities.Support Sales Managers in achieving targets for turnover, margin, and forecast accuracy.Coordinate and monitor forecasts, intervening where necessary to ensure accuracy.Initiate and oversee commercial activities to strengthen customer relationships.Manage communication between customers, sales, and supply chain to ensure timely deliveries.RequirementsBachelor-level education (e.g., Commercial Economics) with 4–6 years of relevant experience.Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/BW) and proficiency in Excel.Excellent communication skills in English and a good command of Dutch.Proactive, independent, and a strong team player with a customer-focused mindset.
