Sales Support Specialist

We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist for our client, whom we provide consultancy services to.QUALIFICATIONSGraduated from universities with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communication, or related fieldsMinimum of 2 years of experience in sales support, administrative affairs, or marketingProficient in using CRM systems and MS Office programs (especially Excel and PowerPoint)Excellent command of English (both written and spoken); able to communicate directly with international officesStrong communication skills, customer-oriented, detail-oriented, with well-developed planning and organizational abilitiesA good team player, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneouslyJOB DESCRIPTIONAct as the first point of contact for sales engineers and customers; manage quotation preparation, order tracking, pricing, and customer registration processesEnsure customer data (e.g., delivery dates,) is accurate and up to dateProvide reporting and analysis support to the sales teamAdecco is a private employment agency under Turkey Employment Organization's authorization 554 license number 10.11.2022.Adecco, İşkur'un denetiminde 10.11.2022 tarihli 554 No'lu lisans sahibi özel istihdam bürosudur.
