The Group is committed to energy transition with a goal of Net Zero Carbon by 2050 and provides significant humanitarian aid through the CMA CGM Foundation.Role DescriptionsSupports Inside / Outside Sales on a dedicated portfolio of customerHandle quotations requests received by Inside, Outside Sales, or customersMaintain and update quotation in system with accurate detailsFollow-up on quotations sent, expiring, not booked, customers lost and take actions on itFollow up /promote on digitalize customers via email and phone callSupport Customers in the utilization of SpotOnContribute to dispute resolution (if related to quotation) and liaise with Pricers & customer care on Freight & DDSM claimsPromote CMA CGM Group Services and Non-Maritime products (e-commerce, VAS, intermodal)Liaison with Overseas, Regional, Head Quarter offices and internal DepartmentsEnsure customer is matching compliance rules at sales stageOther tasks as assigned by Sales ManagerWhat We Expect From You? QualificationsMinimum Level of Qualification:Graduated with working experience in shipping/forwarding industry (Min 3 yrs)Sales Support experience is an advantageProfessional Skills:Good command of spoken and written EnglishExcellent presentationCustomer knowledge/ Customer Relation ManagementData Analysis and ReportingStrong communication skills to interact with sales teams and management.Ability to articulate business scenarios and changes effectively.Knowledge shipping/forwarding industryGood Knowledge in Microsoft office.
