Sales Support Specialist (Periodical-8 Months)

We are looking for a''Sales Support Specialist'' for our global business partner in Ümraniye/İstanbul.Duties & Responsibilities:Support local sales management to achieve the respective top line targets in TurkeyHave full responsibility for order handling from the receipt of the order until the arrival, along with follow up of orders throughout the whole order cycleFacilitate and maintain sustainable customer relations by providing high quality serviceWork closely with HQ supply chainInitiate corrective actions and take the lead to solve the issue for the customerCheck customers payments and rebatesProactively follow up customer order programs based on forecasts generated by the sales managerAct as an interface of local business with sales representatives, logistic service providers and other related partiesFollow up inventory at bonded warehouses & storage area in TurkeyRequirements:Good level of general education, a University degree of International Trade, Logistics, Business AdministrationPrevious 3 years of professional experience in order handling and import procedures is preferred, we also consider talented graduates with first experienceYou are recognized for your team spirit, your interpersonal, writing skills, and your thoroughness in complying with commercial regulationsYou have sense of thoroughness, initiative and ability to work effectively with others in a fast-paced matrix environmentYou are solution-focused with a simple and practical approach when executingYou are flexible to adapt to the needs of the business and results-oriented to deliver objectives and continuous improvementProficiency in English (German is an asset)You are familiar with the MS Office Package, and have knowledge of SAP and CRMNo military obligation (for male candidates
