With end-to-end capabilities across Strategy + Talent + Technology, we’re helping clients scale faster, work smarter, and reliably grow their revenue through data-powered insights and proven methodologies.We embrace a high-performance culture that promotes growth, success, and opportunity for our employees, clients, and partners.Join us!What the role looks like:Prepare and validate Revenue Recognition data for client sign-off; follow up with internal Operations teams to ensure accurate categorization.Monitor Revenue – (Actuals & Scheduled Billings), Quoting tool status, and pipeline to identify revenue gaps or duplications; support Sales Management with clean forecasting outlooks.Conduct weekly and daily pipeline hygiene checks; flag issues like missing close plans or overdue opportunities and follow up with sellers.Investigate and reconcile billing/invoicing issues, including MSSales decrements, disputes, and credits; collaborate with internal Ops and Finance teams to ensure accurate landing and reconciliation of issues.Support forecasting processes by joining or leading closing calls, tracking deal progression, and preparing forecast files.Manage Support Help tickets related to pricing, tool issues, Quote tool updates, and billing escalations.Proactively monitor deal progress and collaborate with Quoting team and management to resolve issues in the prep or completion of deals.Generate and distribute reports on hygiene exceptions and billing readiness; ensure timely seller action in CRM.Working hours - Mon - Fr 09:00 - 18:00Hybrid roleYour profile: Very good level of Portuguese and English – both written and spoken Experience working in a customer service, sales or outsourcing environment would be considered an advantage Computer literacy and experience working with CRM systems (SalesForce / Microsoft Dynamics preferred) Аbility to effectively communicate with while developing positive customer relationships Keen on new technologiesStrong problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively What we offer:Mentoring, training, and career development programs Happiness programs and internal social events Additional medical plan: health and dental care (fully covered by the employer) Voluntary Sport Card (Multisport) Monthly food allowance Birthday Time Off Volunteer Time Off Please send us your CV in English.Only short-listed applicants will be contacted.All applications will be treated as strictly confidential.Help us G.R.O.W.
