Job Description

This is a remote position.Dinepalace is a restaurant technology and digital marketing company helping restaurants grow through online ordering systems, website development, and marketing solutions. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments Handle email communication and respond to client inquiries Make follow-up calls to prospects and existing clients Update and maintain records in Zoho CRM Assist with invoice creation and payment tracking in Zoho Books Prepare reports and maintain data in Excel or Google Sheets Support recruitment coordination (scheduling interviews, follow-ups) Coordinate with internal teams for task tracking and updates Maintain organized digital files and documentation Requirements1–3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in administrative support Good working knowledge of Zoho CRM and Zoho Books Strong communication skills (written and verbal English) Good organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Comfortable making outbound calls Hours are Monday to Friday and half day Saturday 9am to 5pm EST (Toronto Time)Proficiency in MS Excel or Google SheetsPreferred Skills Experience working with SaaS, digital marketing, or restaurant industry Experience handling international clients Basic understanding of sales processes and client lifecycle Benefits Friendly Environment Growth guaranteed
