Hiring: Sales Team Lead – Forex Markets Location: Karachi Apply At: Sufyan.farooq@fulcrum-pk.com Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Team Lead to manage and mentor a team of Sales Executives, drive client acquisition, and achieve revenue targets within the Forex trading & financial services sector. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership qualities, in-depth knowledge of the forex market, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals. Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and mentor a team of Sales Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, client outreach, and conversion.Support the team in closing high-value deals and building long-term client relationships.Monitor daily sales activities, KPIs, and overall team performance.Conduct training sessions on sales techniques, forex products, and market trends.Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and events.Maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or Finance.3–5 years of experience in Forex / Financial Sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.Strong team management and motivational skills.Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving performance.Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.Solid understanding of forex platforms, trading products, and market trends.Fluency in English and Urdu is required.
