Sales Team Lead - Combine B2B Sales Execution with Sales Excellence.About RadiantWe’re a collective of 40+ B2B Sales Specialists operating across seven European markets, headquartered in Copenhagen.All bright minds delivering brilliant business - turning complexity into clarity.We bring commercial insight and hands-on experience to combine sales excellence with sales execution.The RoleAs a Sales Team Lead, you’ll lead a team of high-performing Sales Specialists delivering B2B sales for companies within Finance, Technology, or Professional Services.You’ll be responsible for driving performance, developing people, and ensuring consistent commercial results for both your clients and your team. You’ll lead by example - combining hands-on sales execution with sales coaching and leadership.You’ll own the performance of your vertical, supported by our Sales Excellence department, operations, and leadership team.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Specialists toward clear KPIs and commercial goals.Performance Management: Monitor pipeline, performance data, and key sales metrics to ensure consistent results.Sales Execution: Stay close to the field - support major deals, outbound strategies, and key client engagements.Client Partnership: Act as a trusted commercial advisor to client stakeholders, ensuring alignment and measurable value.Sales Excellence: Drive continuous improvement using Radiant frameworks, data, and best practices.RequirementsDedicated, curious, and invested in building strong relationships with clients and colleaguesMinimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience with proven resultsMinimum 1 year of experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring a sales team Strong commercial understanding and ability to communicate with senior stakeholdersRelevant education and/or entrepreneurial experienceFluent in Danish and EnglishBased in CopenhagenWhat We OfferAt Radiant, leadership is earned through behavior and results - not titles.You’ll have full ownership of your team’s success, the freedom to lead your way, and the backing of a culture built on trust, ambition, and energy.
