The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital marketing sales and team management, particularly in areas such as landing pages, SEO, Google My Business (GMB) optimization, and website performance.This role involves leading and mentoring a team of sales representatives, managing the complete sales process — from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing — and ensuring consistent revenue growth. The Sales Team Lead will collaborate closely with the marketing and technical departments to deliver customized digital solutions while maintaining strong client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targetsManage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closureDevelop and implement sales strategies to maximize conversions and revenueOversee escrow management and ensure timely follow-up with clientsWork collaboratively with marketing and project teams to align sales efforts with client needsMonitor performance metrics, prepare sales reports, and optimize processes for better outcomesEnsure exceptional customer service and post-sale supportQualificationsProven experience as a Sales Team Lead or Senior Sales Closer in digital marketing or software servicesStrong knowledge of landing pages, SEO, GMB optimization, and website performanceExcellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skillsExperience managing escrow and client contractsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldSelf-driven with the ability to lead by example and work in a fast-paced environmentPrior experience in the technology or software development industry is highly preferredCompensation💼 Salary Range: PKR 150,000 – 300,000 (Basic) 💰 Plus Commission 🎯 Weekly & Monthly Performance Bonuses📞 Contact us via WhatsApp: 0320-0015198
