Role Description As a Secondary Team Leader, you will oversee, mentor, and support a high-performing real estate sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client services. You will be responsible for strategizing sales campaigns, setting goals for team members, analyzing market trends, and ensuring effective sales processes. Additional duties include organizing team activities, reporting progress to management, and fostering a motivating environment to enhance performance. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dubai, requiring in-depth knowledge of the city’s real estate market.
