Role Description As a Secondary Team Leader, you will oversee, mentor, and support a high-performing real estate sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client services. You will be responsible for strategizing sales campaigns, setting goals for team members, analyzing market trends, and ensuring effective sales processes. Additional duties include organizing team activities, reporting progress to management, and fostering a motivating environment to enhance performance. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dubai, requiring in-depth knowledge of the city’s real estate market. Qualifications Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring abilitiesProven experience in real estate sales and property market strategiesExceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsUnderstanding of Dubai’s real estate market, property investment, and regulationsProficiency with CRM tools, data analysis, and sales reportingAbility to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environmentBachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related fieldRERA certification and multilingual proficiency are advantageous
