You light the way.More About The RoleThis is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Sales & Technical Quote Support Officer in Lisbon, Portugal (Porto Salvo) with Signify.In this role, you will play a dual part: supporting our sales organization with quotes, tenders, contracts, and customer interactions, while also handling administrative and organizational tasks that ensure the smooth running of the team. You’ll be a key enabler of operational excellence—driving both internal efficiency and customer satisfaction—while building the foundations for future growth in commercial or managerial roles within Signify.What makes this role unique is its scope: you’ll be involved in everything from managing corporate inboxes and onboarding new hires to supporting commercial negotiations and contract closure. This exposure will allow you to learn our business end-to-end, gaining both the technical and commercial skills to grow into a sales career within a global leader.Key Contributions You’ll Make:Quote & Deal Support: Prepare and validate quotes, deals, special price agreements, promotions, and tenders—ensuring accuracy, compliance with pricing policies, and timely delivery to requesters.Pipeline Management: Support sales teams by monitoring pipeline validity, ensuring quotes, orders, and price lists are accurate and updated in CRM systems.Contracts & Rebates: Manage contracts and commercial agreements in internal systems (e.g. ICON), supporting compliance with commercial policies and ensuring proper documentation, storage, and rebate booking.Customer & Lead Handling: Capture leads from inbound emails and phone calls, provide information on agreements, and support resolution of customer disputes to ensure satisfaction.Administrative & Organizational Support: Coordinate corporate inbox communications, manage distribution lists and announcements, support onboarding/offboarding, purchase orders, data archiving, and organize projects/events.Continuous Improvement: Take initiative to identify process gaps, propose alternatives, and implement new sub-processes that improve efficiency and stakeholder collaboration.More About YouWhile we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe the following experience and skills will help you shine brightly in this role:Relevant experience in sales support, administration, or customer service (a degree in Business, Management, or related fields is an advantage but not mandatory).Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Customer-centric mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills.Tech-savvy, comfortable with CRM systems, Microsoft Office suite and new digital tools.A growth mindset: eager to learn, continuously improve, and develop towards a sales career in a multinational environment.Everything we’ll do for youYou can grow a lasting career here.
