You'll also act as a consultant for existing clients, maximizing lesson service bookings and driving sales growth. No prior golf industry experience is required, we provide comprehensive training.Key Responsibilities New Business Development (60%) Existing Client Consulting & Sales (30%) Site Improvement Proposals Data Analysis Product PlanningWork Environment Total Department: ~160 members Business Innovation Dept.: ~30 members Age Group: Primarily 20s-30s (flat, dynamic communication) Composition: 40% New Graduates, 60% Mid-Career Hires Travel Industry Financial Industry Manufacturing, etc.Mandatory Qualifications Sales experience (especially B2B proposal sales, consulting, Web/Ad industry, manufacturing, etc.) Valid driver's license (comfortable driving) Basic PC skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) TOEIC score of 800+ or motivation to achieve equivalent within 2 years.Desired QualificationsGolf enthusiasts and golfers welcome!Others InformationAdditional information on LocationInitial Placement: Tokyo or NagoyaRelocation: Nationwide transfers possible.Current Offices: 7 locations (Sapporo, Sendai, Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, Hiroshima, Fukuoka).Note: While preferences are considered, future transfers may occur with business expansion.
