Sales Trader

Department: Institutional Sales & Trading (IST)Reports to: Head of Institutional Sales & Trading / Head of TradingJob DescriptionThe Trader will join the IST team to support the trading desk to execute client orders among other tasks. This position is a great opportunity to become a member of the leading institutional Sales & Trading team with #1 foreign market share in Vietnam.ResponsibilitiesProvide trading advice, market trends, news and market colors to clients on a daily basis.Receive and execute client orders.Actively seek and offer block trades in the market.Network and build relationships with clients.Assist with the account opening process.Complete ad-hoc projects.RequirementsKnowledgeable about Vietnam’s equity market and economy.Strong communication skills with the ability to express views on client orders and the market.Must be proactive, trader will speak to many clients on a regular basis.Strategic thinker with the ability to manage day-to-day tasks both collaboratively and independently.Excellent team player with maturity, judgment and sharp decision-making.Understanding of and ability to manage confidential information.Must have strong English skills (speaking and writing).
