Thélios also owns two proprietary brands, Barton Perreira and Vuarnet.SALES TRAINING ASSISTANT F/H Within the Training team, responsible for spreading the culture and DNA of each House in our portfolio, you will be in charge of developing marketing tools and business materials. You will participate daily in Thélios' marketing activities and monitor the development of our collections. You will fully participate in the product training strategy for our internal teams, the LVMH group's Houses, and our distribution network.Job ResponsibilitiesMAIN RESPONSIBILITIESYou will join a team whose actions concern our international markets. More specifically, you will assist in the successful implementation of the Training and Education strategy for all employees in the EMEA region and be an ambassador for the Houses in our portfolio.Development of our training catalogue and brand awareness :in collaboration with the Marketing, Product, and Design teams, creation of training materials for collections and sales for Thélios' internal teams;participation in the animation of the internal and external training application for our clients and ensuring the adoption of the tool;adaptations of marketing materials for different markets. Client Training animation and business support - EMEA:participation in the presentations of collections for our clients and distributors, operational support during training sessions (in person and remotely): training calendar, communication actions (newsletters), etc.;creation of dashboards and weekly and monthly reports of the Training activity in the EMEA zone;local support to the sales teams for the deployment of the marketing plan. ProfilePROFILE Master’s degree or equivalent in Marketing; languages: Italian and English required, French appreciated; excellent command of the Microsoft Office Suite (particularly PowerPoint and Excel); versatility and adaptability; excellent organizational skills, precision, and attention to detail; strong sensitivity and passion for the fashion and luxury industry.Additional InformationThe position is located in Milan.
