Neotek Inovasi Global is seeking a Sales and Operations Coordinator to support our business operations and client service activities in Tangerang. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with both the sales and operations teams, ensuring seamless coordination, high-quality service delivery, and customer satisfaction.As a key part of our growing organization, you will assist in preparing proposals, coordinating project schedules, managing client communications, and supporting daily operational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects and training programs.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and client presentationsCoordinate between clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely project executionMaintain and update client databases, sales records, and operational documentationSupport logistics and scheduling for training programs, site inspections, and service activitiesTrack and follow up on purchase orders, invoices, and payment processesPrepare regular sales and operational performance reports for managementHelp ensure compliance with company policies, HSE standards, and quality requirementsContribute to continuous improvement of processes within sales and operations workflowsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related fieldStrong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and internal coordinationProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is a plusAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentGood command of English and Indonesian, both written and spokenPrevious internship or work experience in sales coordination, operations, or project administration is an advantage
