Job Description

A Sales Training and Development Manager oversees the RPMMC sales training programs and activities.Directs the daily tasks of the sales trainers to evaluate their effectiveness and ensures alignment to the achievement of the company’s goals and objectives.Responsible for creating or selecting course content and materials by collaborating with the RPMMC Sales force and industry experts.Ensures that training methods, content and systems are appropriateOversees all Training & Development calendar/activities/events/modules and presentation materialsMonitors effective and timely execution of different Training Programs/activitiesEvaluate existing training courses and introduce appropriate changesPerformance management/evaluation of the Training and Development TeamMonitors/Assigns/Arranges training workflow schedules and work assignmentsDevelop a training feedback mechanism to the management and to the RPMMC Sales ForceProposes, develops new and improve existing training modules/courses
