At AITO, we are committed to redefining luxury with intelligence by combining traditional luxury, marked by exceptional safety and comfort, with advanced technology of intelligent driving, smart cabin, and innovative digital services.What You Will Do:Training System Development & Planning: Design and establish the training framework for the UAE market. Develop comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual training plans.Curriculum Design & Content Development: Create and develop training course content, including sales processes, product knowledge, and sales techniques. Collaborate with the Customer Service department to jointly develop after-sales training programs tailored for the UAE market.Training Delivery & Customization: Organize and conduct training sessions. Develop differentiated training schedules based on the specific characteristics of the UAE market and the unique situations of different dealer partners.Alignment & Coordination: Liaise with the overseas Business Unit (BU) marketing training team to align strategies and implement relevant training initiatives.Course System Management: Plan and build a structured curriculum for the UAE market, encompassing courses on brand culture, product knowledge, sales skills, and other relevant categories.Targeted Needs-Based Training: Formulate training plans that ensure targeted enablement aligned with dealer business needs, covering key roles such as management teams, store staff, and training managers.Execution & Effectiveness: Organize and deliver training, ensuring 100% of participating trainees pass the required certification exams.Certification & Progression Framework: Plan and implement role-based certification and tiered systems (e.g., "Star Advisor") to motivate and guide the learning and development of the sales team.What You Need to Have:Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Foreign Languages (Arabic) and Literature, or Vehicle Engineering.3-5 years of relevant experience.Knowledge of New Energy Vehicle (NEV) products.Understanding of the automotive sales process and system.Training course development and instructional design skill.Fluency in English (and/or Arabic).
