POSITION TITLE: Sales Training OfficerWORK SETUP: Full Time, OnsiteWORK LOCATION: Arca South, Taguig CityJOB SUMMARY:The role involves developing and delivering training programs to enhance sales team performance and product knowledge. This position is crucial for ensuring the sales team is well-equipped to effectively promote and sell the company's products of consumer electronics.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Developing and implementing comprehensive training programs for the sales team.Creating training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.Delivering training sessions, both in-person and remotely, using various training methodologies.Assessing the effectiveness of training programs and making adjustments as needed.Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques to ensure training materials are current and relevant.Collaborating with sales managers and other stakeholders to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business, Marketing, or Communications.Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs, particularly in a sales or product-related context (consumer electronics).Strong communication and presentation skills.Excellent knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design principles.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.NOTE: You may start immediately or by January 2026.
