To further develop our sales department, we are looking for a Sales Training Specialist EMEA.The Opportunity:As Sales Training Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the skills, productivity, and long-term success of our sales organization. Your experience will be critical in developing new hire programs, ongoing training, and tailored development solutions that align with both business objectives and team needs.You will impact our sales organization in three main ways: designing and delivering new hire training, providing ongoing development for sales representatives and leaders, and continuously evaluating and improving training programs and materials. Your role spans the full training lifecycle — from assessing learning needs, designing and delivering programs, to measuring effectiveness and evolving content. You will collaborate closely with sales leadership, stakeholders, and content teams to ensure programs are relevant, effective, and aligned with business priorities.Key Responsibilities:New Hire Sales Training: Design, deliver, and continuously improve onboarding programs that help new sales team members ramp quickly and effectively.Ongoing Training & Development: Coach and train sales representatives and leaders in one-on-one and group settings, addressing unique learning scenarios and development needs.Training Needs Assessment: Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives, conduct needs analyses, and recommend tailored development solutions, including cost-benefit considerations.Program & Content Development: Collaborate with content design teams to create, enhance, and update training materials and tools, ensuring alignment with current business practices and policies.Program Administration: Coordinate training logistics, maintain communication across all levels, and actively participate in corporate events, conferences, and special initiatives.Performance Feedback & Coaching Guidance: Assess participant skill and knowledge levels, provide actionable feedback, and advise on coaching or performance management opportunities, including probationary assessments.Collaboration & Flexibility: Work closely with peers and stakeholders across regions, sharing best practices, and contribute to other tasks and initiatives as needed.Here is what you bring:You are a mature sales professional with excellent coaching capabilities.
