You’ll optimize our Salesforce ecosystem, uncover opportunities for improvement, and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance efficiency and decision-making. Join a global, collaborative team and work across departments to drive impactful, forward-thinking initiatives.Main ResponsibilitiesAct as a Project Manager to design and implement Salesforce-based solutions and applications.Translate business requirements and functional specifications into innovative solutions that exceed expectations.Harness AI technologies (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, n8n, and others) to improve workflows, automation, reporting, and business processes.Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions that align with business needs and industry best practices.Collaborate with departments across Marketing, Partners, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, BP, Delivery, and Support.Lead the implementation of Salesforce (Sales, Service, Community Cloud, etc.) applications, integrating with systems such as Zuora and NetSuite.Drive cross-platform IS initiatives with AI integration to boost operational efficiency.Develop in agile methodology, including user stories, continuous integration, and test-driven development.Create technical design specifications and AI integration strategies to enhance processes and business insights.Minimum Requirements1+ years of experience implementing Salesforce applications and CRM solutions.Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limits, and latest technology offerings.Experience collaborating with Sales, Delivery, CS/AM and Marketing teams to drive technology adoption.Knowledge of security, scalability, and maintainability in solution design and development.Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.Excellent project management and communication skills.Bonus points for:Experience integrating AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, n8n, or similar) into business workflows.Knowledge of triggers, Apex code, or other Salesforce development skills.Active engagement in the Salesforce community and Salesforce certifications.Demonstrated personal and professional development with AI-driven innovation initiatives.What we offer:Track to success – work in a dynamic organization with ambient and laid-back office atmosphereIndividualized career development, rewards and recognition.Work-life balance – 25 days paid vacation with add-ons for loyalty, regular team buildings and celebrations in and outside the countryAdditional health insurance packageInternal mobility program and refer-a-friend programManaging a fixed monthly budget for social benefits thru Re:Benefit – a flexible online benefits solutionFood vouchersE-learning portals and knowledge sharing sessions.Company backed Hackathons, Tech conferences, workshops events, etc Stocked kitchen and bar.Equity in options.Hybrid working – 3 days/week in the office.If you don’t meet 100% of the qualifications outlined above, that’s okay!
