We have partnered with Euro Accident – a Swedish life insurance company with more than 400 employees in offices in Sweden, Denmark, and Norway.The company specializes in risk insurance, group insurance, and health insurance, as well as in preventing or ending long-term sick leave through targeted measures. The customer base consists of companies and organizations that take out insurance for their employees and members through insurance brokers and partners.Their vision is to create a safe and healthy world through sustainable employment.The IT hub in Serbia consists of 35 employees and is responsible for requirements gathering, development, and maintenance of the back-office system, mobile apps, front-office apps, customer portals, data warehouse, QA and QA automation, as well as the CI/CD processes that support high-quality deliveries.We are looking for a Salesforce Architect with a passion for designing and delivering smart, scalable solutions that drive innovation in the insurance and healthcare industries. In this role, you will be responsible for creating Salesforce architectures that optimize platform usage, ensure smooth integration with our broader IT ecosystem, and support critical business processes.What You’ll DoDesign and implement Salesforce solutions (Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience cloud).Collaborate with business and IT teams to define requirements, priorities, and integration points.Ensure that provided solutions coexist with the broader IT ecosystem.Create technical guidelines and best practices for Salesforce development, test, deployment and administration.Mentor and support Salesforce developers and administrators.Monitor new Salesforce platform features and propose relevant improvements for health care and insurance.Actively contribute to team knowledge sharing and collaborative culture.What You BringMinimum 5–7 years of Salesforce experience, with at least 2–3 years in architectural or strategic roles.Deep knowledge of Salesforce modules and system integrations, with experience in Health Cloud and Experience Cloud; Sales Cloud is a plus.Experience working with existing in-house systems and projects requiring parallel operation of multiple platforms.Understanding of health care and insurance business processes and ability to translate them into technical solutions.Experience leading and mentoring teams.Preferred certifications: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, System Architect.Strong communication skills, team-oriented mindset, and proactive problem-solving.What the Company Offers:• Hybrid work model (minimum 50% from the office) with flexible working hours• 13th salary• Bonus in line with the company’s official policy• Private health care for employees and family members• Private pension fund• 25 days of paid vacation (with additional days for long-term employees)• Compensation for business trips• Annual career and salary reviews• Good work-life balancePlease note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
