You will play a vital role in building scalable solutions, integrating third-party applications, and driving real business impact through high-quality development.🔍 Position: Salesforce Associate Developer📍 Location: Indianapolis, IN  (100% Onsite)📅 Duration: Long-Term Contract💼 Experience: 7–8 YearsWhat We’re Looking For:ResponsibilityDeliver solutions that fulfill business requirements across our Salesforce ecosystem using:Apex, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), Visualforce, Flows, Custom Metadata, and moreWork on cross-platform integrations including tools like Amazon Connect, LiveVox, and other APIs.Design, test, and debug robust, secure, and scalable code.Participate in technical documentation, code reviews, and production issue resolution.Leverage modern design patterns and Salesforce platform capabilities to drive innovation.Collaborate with DevOps teams to deliver through CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (ADO).Stay current with Salesforce features, tools, and development best practices.Required QualificationBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)6+ years of overall development experience, with strong OOP foundations4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in mid to large-scale enterprise environmentsDeep understanding of Sales, Service, and Experience CloudsProficient in:Apex, Visualforce, LWC/Aura, SOQLHTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST/SOAP Web ServicesModern IDEs (VS Code, IntelliJ), Version Control (Git/SVN)Agile/Scrum methodologiesComfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environmentpreferred QualificationExperience with Salesforce unit and automated testing (JEST, Robot Framework)Proficiency with Salesforce CLI (SFDX) and CI/CD pipelinesExperience using Salesforce Data Loader and data migration toolsFamiliarity with Azure or AWS cloud platformsExperience with Python scripting and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)Prior integration experience with Amazon Connect or other call center technologiesSalesforce Certifications (all not required):Salesforce Certified Platform Developer ISalesforce Certified JavaScript Developer ISalesforce Certified App BuilderSalesforce Certified AdministratorInterested or Know Someone Who Might Be?📩 Send your updated resume to:📧 andy@rishabhbizsol.com👥 Referrals are welcome!
