We're hiring!On behalf of our client in the Life Insurance industry, we are currently seeking a highly skilled professional for the following position:Position: Salesforce Business Analyst – Insurance Life IndustryJob Description:Responsible for analyzing user requirements and translating business needs into Salesforce-based technical solutions aligned with company objectives.Collaborate closely with Product, Backend, Frontend, and QA teams to ensure clear task breakdown and successful project execution.Identify potential project risks and create mitigation or contingency plans in a timely manner.Continuously monitor project progress, facilitate review meetings, and recommend necessary improvements.Stay updated with the latest Salesforce capabilities and insurance industry trends to optimize business processes.Qualifications:Must be Salesforce Certified in Administration and Platform Developer.Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working with the Salesforce platform.Proven experience leading or being actively involved in Salesforce implementation projects.Strong analytical and communication skills, especially in understanding and explaining user/business requirements.Familiar with workflows and processes within the life and health insurance industry.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
