Salesforce Developer (LWC, Apex)Location: Remote (WFH) - Manila, Philippines Metro Area (with availability during US time zones)Position OverviewAs a Salesforce Developer you will be responsible for supporting Salesforce CRM products including all third-party software integrations, most specifically within Service Cloud. Taking a leadership role in projects, you will be the primary point of contact for Thunder's Customer Success Manager (CSM) and clients, and will delegate cases to all project team members. You will also be accountable for each project team member’s performance within the project. Ideal candidates are Subject-matter experts in your field and as such, will provide mentorship to the more junior members of the team!Our Salesforce Developer WillManage cases and tasks assigned on a daily basisWork on and resolve cases within the specified SLAsHandle all basic administrative and development functions such as, but not limited to, user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, data management, etcDesign, configure, and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using SOAP and REST APIs, other Salesforce APIs, and ETL tools.Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teamsCollaborate with members of the user community to define and document development requirementsParticipate in reviewing the business user and product requirements, and application designProvide an accurate status report to the project lead consultantProvide end user support, work on configuration changes, bug fixes, and minor enhancementsAct as the immediate point of escalation for Associate Consultants, Consultants, and DevelopersSubject-matter expert who can provide assistance to anyone who seeks helpQualifications3-5+ years experience developing specifically for Salesforce CRM products (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.)Demonstrated mastery in relational databases, object-oriented programming, software development lifecycle, algorithm analysisStrong experience with Salesforce integrations: SOAP and REST Web Services/APIs, other Salesforce APIs, and ETL toolsMastery of languages like Java, Javascript, C++, C#, CSS, HTMLGreat work ethicAbility to work independently and in a fast-paced, team environmentCreative, critical thinker, analytical (ability to think out of the box)Good problem-solving/troubleshooting skillsTime-management and priority management skillsEffective communication skills (i.e. able to translate technical requirements into business language)Ability to be proactive, and work efficiently and productively with very minimal supervisionDependable and trustworthyRequired Salesforce Certifications:Salesforce AdministratorSalesforce Advanced AdministratorSalesforce Platform DeveloperPreferred Salesforce Certification: AI SpecialistThunder is proud to be an Equal Opportunity employer, and is deeply committed to building and supporting our diverse team through inclusive, equitable hiring practices.Candidates authorized to work in the Philippines are encouraged to apply.
