Job DescriptionFincons Group is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Engineer to lead the development and optimization of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have 7 years of experience in Salesforce development, expertise in cloud technologies, and relevant Salesforce certifications.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop tailored solutions using Salesforce.Customize Salesforce features, including custom objects, workflows, and Lightning components.Optimize Salesforce performance, ensuring scalability and adherence to best practices.Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs and middleware.Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementations.Stay updated on Salesforce updates and recommend new features and improvements.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Engineer or Developer.Extensive experience with Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.Proven experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.Salesforce Certifications:Salesforce Certified Application ArchitectSalesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (highly preferred)Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or IISalesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant (preferred)Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant (preferred)Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant (preferred)Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant (preferred)Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools for Salesforce.Experience working with Agile methodologies and project management tools.SkillsIn-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture and best practices.Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.Proactive and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Powered by JazzHR
