Salesforce Developer-ROMANIA - BASED

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL.Work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.Integrate Salesforce with other applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.Maintain and improve existing Salesforce applications, ensuring data integrity, performance, and scalability.Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment processes (CI/CD).Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring adherence to best practices and security standards.Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases and recommend improvements to leverage new platform capabilities.Required Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or in a similar CRM development role.Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.Experience with Salesforce configuration, custom objects, triggers, workflows, and process builder/flows.Knowledge of integration technologies (REST, SOAP, MuleSoft, etc.).Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Copado, Gearset).Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I or II) is a strong plus.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Experience Cloud.Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).Understanding of data migration tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard).Strong analytical and communication skills.
