Salesforce DeveloperSangoma is seeking a skilled Salesforce developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining and improving existing Salesforce applications and ensuring that they are performing at optimal levels.Your Role:Developing, customizing, and configuring Salesforce applications to meet business needsBuilding custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning ComponentsCreating and managing custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, and approval processesBuilding and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and other applications, such as marketing automation or accounting systemsManaging user accounts, roles, and profiles, and ensuring appropriate security and access controls are in placeTroubleshooting and resolving issues with Salesforce applications and integrationsMaintaining documentation of Salesforce applications, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materialsProviding technical support and training to Salesforce usersStaying up-to-date on Salesforce releases and new features, and recommending upgrades and improvementsCollaborating with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand business needs and recommend solutionsReading logs for debugging problems with Flows, Apex Classes/Triggers, or another automation processYour Background:Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and best practicesExperience with programming languages such as Apex, Java, or C# and proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptSalesforce Lightning and Software Development experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detailExperience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP, or Bulk APIsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentSalesforce Developer or Administrator certification is a plus
