Salesforce Functional Consultant (QA & BA)

Job descriptionWe are looking for a Salesforce Functional Consultant with 2–6 years of experience who can bridge business needs with technical solutions while ensuring quality delivery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, along with strong skills in Business Analysis and Quality Assurance.Key Responsibilities:Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.Collaborate with developers to design and implement Salesforce solutions.Perform functional, regression, and UAT testing to ensure quality and alignment with requirements.Create user stories, test cases, and process documentation.Support stakeholders during releases and provide post-implementation support.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business.3–6 years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant / BA / QA.Strong knowledge of Sales and Service Cloud.Experience in using UiPath for testing Automation.Experience in Requirement gathering and Documentation.
