Our teams design and deliver end-to-end solutions that connect Salesforce to the wider enterprise—ERP, pricing engines, policy systems, and financial platforms—eliminating friction between sales operations and back-office execution.Overview:The Salesforce Integration Architect defines, designs, and leads the implementation of complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems.This role ensures a cohesive, scalable, and secure architecture that enables real-time and batch data flows, API orchestration, and high-volume synchronization—supporting clients’ need for automation, data visibility, and efficiency.While the immediate priority is to analyze, design, and estimate integration needs for in-flight Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations, the position establishes a repeatable integration practice that can be applied across FirstChair clients.Responsibilities:Integration Strategy & DesignLead discovery workshops to understand client ecosystems (e.g., CRM ↔ ERP ↔ Policy systems) and define the future-state integration landscape.Produce integration architecture deliverables: context diagrams, system interaction flows, API specs, and authentication models.Identify reusable patterns and frameworks to accelerate future projects.Estimation & Technical PlanningCollaborate with Solution Architects and Delivery Leads to scope and estimate integration work – including design, build, test, and deployment.Define sequencing, dependencies, and risk mitigations to inform overall project cost models.Technical LeadershipGuide integration developers (Salesforce Apex/API, MuleSoft, Boomi, Jitterbit, etc.) on best practices.Review solution design for performance, governor-limit compliance, and data integrity.Lead proof-of-concepts where new middleware or Salesforce API patterns are evaluated.Requirements:2+ years of hands-on experience developing on the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud or Service Cloud)Strong skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce FlowsSolid understanding of Salesforce data model, sharing model, and platform limitsAbility to work independently, manage technical tasks, and communicate effectively in EnglishPreferred Skills:Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing) or Order ManagementExposure to OmniStudio tools such as OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, and Document GenerationPrior involvement with Quote to Cash implementations or post-order automationFamiliarity with Agile delivery and DevOps practices in a consulting or product settingWhy Should You Join Us?Remote work.Apple Hardware.Career path.Great working environment.Join an incredible workplace :)Be part of our diverse American-Argentinian work culture.How to Apply:If you're a motivated individual with Salesforce CRM experience and a desire to grow within the Salesforce ecosystem, we'd love to connect with you!
