The candidate will lead end-to-end Salesforce solution delivery, including architecture, development, and team management.ResponsibilitiesLead Salesforce design, development, and integrations (REST/SOAP, MuleSoft). Build and maintain LWC, Flows, Apex classes, and triggers. Ensure adherence to DevOps, CI/CD, and coding standards. Mentor team members and conduct code reviews. Collaborate with business and technical teams for smooth delivery. Required Skills12+ years of IT experience, 8+ in Salesforce. Proficiency in Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, Flows, SOQL/SOSL. Experience with CI/CD (Copado, Git, Jenkins) and Agile tools (Jira/Azure DevOps). Salesforce Certifications preferred (PDII, Application Architect, etc.). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
