It also requires close collaboration with DevOps teams to ensure proper deployment and configuration of back-end systems, including Marketing Cloud components. Additionally, it involves conducting thorough testing and debugging of systems to identify and resolve issues, optimizing performance and scalability.Responsibilities:Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions, including those related to Marketing Cloud integrations and functionalities.Design and develop server-side logic and APIs to support the functionality of web applications, ensuring seamless integration with Marketing Cloud services.Implement and maintain databases and data models to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using programming languages, with a focus on Marketing Cloud compatibility.Conduct thorough testing and debugging of back-end systems to identify and resolve issues.Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure proper deployment and configuration of back-end systems, including Marketing Cloud components.Optimize back-end code and database queries for performance and scalability.Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate front-end components with back-end systems.Ensure the security and integrity of back-end systems by implementing appropriate security measures.Document technical specifications, code, and processes for future reference, including Marketing Cloud integration details.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging tech, and best practices in back-end development.Requirements:Proven experience as a Full-Stack OR Back-end Developer or in a similar role, developing and maintaining server-side logic and databases, with specific experience in integrating Marketing Cloud solutions.Strong understanding of development principles, best practices, and technologies, including those relevant to Marketing Cloud and Pardot (Account Engagement).Experience with programming languages, particularly used in Marketing Cloud integrations.Familiarity with databases and SQL, including SQL development/scripting.Proficiency in back-end programming languages and frameworks.Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.Knowledge of database design and query optimization.Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.Experience with AMPScript, SSJS and/or SOQLFamiliarity with version control systems, such as Git.What we offer:• A dedicated career management system, that offers access to promotions, raise and bonuses• Dedicated period of On-Baording, Training & Mentorship• Private Medical/Health Insurance• Travel Insurance and travel/accommodations expense reimbursement (or a daily allowance)• Perk Box Platform benefits including: Gym, shopping discounts, cinema access, etc.• Access to permanent internal training and workshops• Technical certifications upon requestPremium account access to e-Learning platforms like:Team Treehouse, Udemy, Pluralsight,Guru99• Flexible workingschedule• Periodical teambuilding• A stable and dynamic working environment where you can develop• The possibility to come up with ideas, be listened to, and see them implemented• Full-Remote working opportunitiesOSF Digital is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, where you can bring your whole self to work.
