Salesforce QA Job DescriptionSalesforce QA (Quality Assurance) professional ensures the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications by testing and validating functionality against requirements. They identify and report defects, collaborate with developers, and contribute to improving the overall user experience and system performance. This role requires expertise in Salesforce features, configurations, and integrations, as well as proficiency in both manual and automated testing techniques. ******Must have manual and automation QA experience******Key Responsibilities:Designing, executing, and documenting test cases to validate Salesforce functionality. Identifying, reporting, and tracking defects, working with developers to resolve them. Working closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle. Creating detailed, comprehensive test plans and test cases, including both manual and automated tests. Developing and maintaining automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage. Ensuring applications meet performance and security standards. Maintaining clear and concise documentation of test cases, defects, and test results. Essential Skills and Experience:Salesforce Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce functionality, configurations, and customizations, including specific clouds like Sales Cloud or Service Cloud. Testing Methodologies: Experience with various testing methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and best practices. Testing Tools: Proficiency with testing tools and software, such as Jira and Selenium. Technical Skills: Experience with API testing, performance testing, and security testing. Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze test results, identify issues, and propose solutions. Documentation Skills: Ability to create clear and concise test plans, test cases, and reports.
