šŸŒŽ International Opportunity | 100% RemoteĀ At SURIS CODE, we’ve been developing innovative software solutions for over 18 years, driving digital transformation across Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Spain, the United States, and the United Kingdom.Ā We are looking for a Salesforce expert with deep knowledge of Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ to guide our internal team through the final stages of a major Salesforce initiative. This role is highly technical and hands-on, focused on ensuring a smooth transition from our current implementation partner while establishing a solid foundation for long-term ownership and growth of the platform.You will work closely with key stakeholders—including architects, business analysts, technical leads, and process designers—alongside our Salesforce Partner during the knowledge transfer period.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess and document the existing Salesforce configuration and customizations.Finalize any outstanding development or configuration needed before launch.Oversee and support a successful go-live.Take ownership of the platform for ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancements.Establish technical documentation and best practices for future work.Define and implement strategies around CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and AI-driven development practices.Replace and configure tools currently owned by the partner to support long-term independence.Required BackgroundDemonstrated experience as a primary contributor in the ongoing development and support of Salesforce environments.At least 5 years of direct development experience within both Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud.Nice-to-Have ExperienceHands-on use of Conga Composer.Familiarity with Mulesoft integrations.Experience integrating Salesforce with finance-related systems.Exposure to Pardot (Account Engagement / Marketing Cloud).Core SkillsSalesforce ExpertiseAdvanced knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud, covering both development and administration.Strong grasp of the Salesforce ecosystem, platform architecture, and best practices.Fluent English (spoken and written)Ā Leadership & CollaborationCapable of shaping and executing a roadmap for launch and beyond.Skilled in coordinating development efforts and managing technical delivery.Able to produce high-quality documentation and artifacts for long-term use.General Development PracticesComfortable with modern software delivery approaches, including agile ceremonies, team empowerment, and collaboration.Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, peer code reviews, automated testing, and QA processes.Ā šŸ’¼ What We OfferĀ šŸ’° Competitive salary in USDĀ šŸ” 100% remote positionĀ šŸ•˜ Working hours: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. (Argentina time)Ā šŸ“… Argentina Public Holidays CalendarĀ
