We have developed the leading Transportation Management System (TMS) and Supply Chain applications on the Salesforce AppExchange, establishing ourselves as a worldwide reference partner for Salesforce.We are scaling our operations and looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect with a "Product Owner" mindset. You will be the technical authority who bridges the gap between complex logistics processes and cutting-edge Salesforce architecture 🛠 The Role: Architect, Lead, & DeliverYou are not just a backend configurator; you are a consultant and a leader. We need a proactive problem-solver who can design the solution, manage the gap analysis, and guide the delivery team using Agile methodologies1. Architectural Strategy & DesignDeep Technical Leadership: Manage advanced Salesforce environments. Define the system landscape, including integrations (REST/SOAP), data migration, and securitySolution Design: Translate complex business needs into scalable technical specifications. You know when to use standard features and when to architect custom Apex/LWC solutionsGap Analysis: Compare client requirements against our software solutions to identify gaps and design efficient workarounds or new features2. Project Delivery & Agile LeadershipTechnical Product Ownership: Act as a pseudo-Product Owner, translating business requirements into clear technical stories for the development teamAgile Execution: Plan and supervise international implementation projects. You will lead Scrum meetings and structure the phases of software projects to ensure high-quality deliveryQuality Assurance: Ensure the solution follows best practices, minimizing technical debt3. Client Engagement & ConsultingConsultative Approach: Lead solution demonstrations and sales support processes when necessaryProblem Solving: Understand and resolve internal and customer issues regarding processed data and software logic effectivelyStakeholder Management: Manage expectations and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical business leaders 🧠 What You BringThe Essentials:Experience: 3–5+ years in business or systems consulting (experience in "Big 4" or large consulting firms is highly valued) with a specific focus on Salesforce.Education: University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.Salesforce Mastery: Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform (Sales/Service/Experience Cloud). You understand Governor Limits, Large Data Volumes, and the "Click vs. Code" balanceAgile Expert: Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and the ability to implement them in a fast-paced environmentCommunication: Must be a fluent in English. Your presentation and communication skills should be recognized by others as a key strength.
