You will gain deep experience across multiple clouds, complex integrations, and the latest Salesforce platform features.What You Will Be DoingDesigning end-to-end technical solutions on the Salesforce platform, including integration patterns, data architecture, security models, and custom development strategies.Leading technical workshops and translating complex business requirements into clear architectural designs.Acting as the senior technical escalation point for clients and internal development teams.Governing the technical implementation to ensure it aligns with your design and follows best practices.Based on your chosen path, you will either:Technical Track: Remain hands-on, writing proof-of-concepts and solving the most complex coding challenges.Leadership Track: Focus on leading, mentoring, and managing the performance of a technical team.What You Will BringProven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect or a senior developer/consulting developer ready to make the step up.Deep and broad knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integration patterns.Experience designing and delivering large-scale, complex Salesforce implementations.Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application/System Architect, or progress towards the CTA) are highly valued.You must be based in South Africa to be considered for this role.
