Aflex Ships Equipment is dedicated to exceptional customer service and ethical practices. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role located in Singapore. The Salesperson will be tasked with promoting and selling marine pumps, spares, and equipment to customers, while maintaining strong professional relationships. Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves working alongside the operations team to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries, as well as maintaining a deep understanding of the product lineup and customer requirements. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to achieve and exceed targetsExcellent communication and relationship-building skills within the marine or related industriesBasic technical understanding of marine pumps, spares, and ship equipmentAbility to manage time effectively and coordinate with team members to meet customer demandsProficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other sales-related softwarePrevious experience in the marine, oil and gas, or ship equipment market is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related fieldFluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
