Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson, based in Addis Ababa with the flexibility of occasional remote work. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and promoting Afri.Events’ services. Responsibilities also include negotiating contracts, closing sales, and contributing to the development of sales strategies to expand the company’s client base and revenue. Qualifications Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and sales communicationProficiency in conducting product demonstrations and presentationsAbility to develop and execute sales strategies effectivelyFamiliarity with the events industry or experience in event sales is a plusExcellent problem-solving and organizational skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaborativelyBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field
