Becker GmbH, a world leader in the production of medium vacuum and medium pressure pumps and compressors with 140 years of experience.Roles DescriptionAs part of the renewal of our commercial structure, we are seeking technical salespeople to join our team at our Bologna's office. The successful candidates will report directly to the Sales Director.QualificationsProven experience in sales, customer relationship management, and negotiating will be considered a plusStrong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsGoal-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed targetsProficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related toolsPrior experience in B2B sales is an advantageAnalytical skills to understand market trends and identify business opportunitiesFluency in Italian and proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus, but English is mandatoryAbility to work independently and collaboratively as part of a teamStrong organizational skills and attention to detailTechnical or commercial diploma required; a technical or commercial degree will be considered a plus.Willingness to travel
