We are looking for a dynamic Salesperson to join our growing team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our business, responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence. You will play a pivotal role in achieving our sales targets and shaping the future of our company.Key Responsibilities:Drive New Business: Identify, prospect, and approach new potential customers to generate leads.Deliver Compelling Presentations: Conduct engaging product/service demonstrations to showcase value to potential clients.Build Trust and Credibility: Clearly explain product features and benefits while expertly addressing customer questions and concerns.Close Deals: Prepare and negotiate offers, pricing, contracts, and agreements to secure new business.Exceed Targets: Be results-driven and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.Nurture Relationships: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.Manage the Pipeline: Actively follow up on leads, quotations, and ongoing transactions to move them through the sales cycle.Provide Market Insight: Report on sales activities and market developments to the Sales Manager and gather intelligence on competitor activity.What We're Looking For (Qualifications):Minimum of a High School Diploma. An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.At least 1 year of experience in a sales role.
