Role Description This is a full-time Salesperson role based in Bayamón, structured as a hybrid position that allows for some remote work flexibility. Responsibilities include engaging with potential customers, mainly industrial clients from pharma ,warehousing ,logistic ,manufacturing,focusing in their needs, promoting GMC Rentals' solutions, and closing sales. The Salesperson will manage client accounts, track sales metrics, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additional tasks may involve generating leads, preparing sales reports, and staying up-to-date with company offerings and market trends. Qualifications Sales Skills: Experience in customer acquisition, lead generation, and account management.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, along with active listening skills to connect with clients effectively.Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems, basic data analysis, and familiarity with sales reporting tools.Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client accounts.Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.Relevant Qualifications: Background in sales, marketing, or a related field; a degree in Business Administration or similar is a plus.Additional Preferences: Knowledge of machinery rentals or related industries is advantageous.
