ISF NET values diversity, inclusion, and creating a supportive, professional environment for engineers.[Job Function]Sales(Industry: Information Technology and Services)We are looking for an ambitious Sales Development Specialist (or Junior Account Executive) to drive the expansion of network equipment sales channel. We welcome candidates eager to build a serious IT sales career under the guidance of experienced senior team members.[Key responsibilities]This role is focused on supporting the full sales cycle and laying the groundwork for market penetration and account growth for network equipment, with guidance from senior team members. No deep prior technical expertise in equipment is required; comprehensive product and technical training will be provided.-Market Expansion & Pipeline Generation★ Lead Generation and Nurturing (SDR Function): Actively support the team in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for Network Hardware, Cloud Services, and Security Products in target markets.★ Target Contribution: Work toward achieving individual and team sales targets by focusing on lead conversion and effective pipeline management.-Client Engagement & Knowledge Acquisition★ Client Communication: Engage with new and prospective clients at the initial stage to understand their basic IT needs and challenges.★ Product Knowledge Development: Actively develop a foundational knowledge of network equipment and related services, and learn to articulate their value clearly. You do not need to be an expert in the devices; intensive training will be provided upon joining.★ Growth and Support: Begin developing professional relationships with client contacts to support long-term account health and future growth.[Required Skills and Experience]◆ Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven sales or business development experience. Prior experience in the IT industry (e.g., network hardware vendors or telecommunications) is a plus, but not mandatory.◆Industry knowledge: A strong interest in and basic understanding of IT terminology, corporate network environments, and/or cloud services concepts.◆ Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.◆ Motivation: Strong eagerness to learn and grow within a technical sales environment, and a high capacity for quickly absorbing new knowledge.◆ Language: Professional proficiency in English is required.[Compensation & Working Details]Salary: Competitive Salary, Commensurate with experience.
