Job Title: B2B Sales Representative – Automotive Body Parts (MPT)Location: Strydom Park, RandburgCompany: Motor Parts Trader (MPT)Type: Full-time | On-siteAbout UsMotor Parts Trader (MPT) is a growing automotive body parts supplier, servicing panel beaters, repair centers and insurance-related clients, fleet. We specialize in quality alternative and OEM body parts, fast turnarounds and strong, long-term B2B relationships. With our new warehouse and increasing stockholding, we’re looking for a driven B2B Sales Representative to help us turn stock into sales and deepen our footprint in the market.Key Responsibilities-Proactively generate new B2B business with panel shops, motor body repairers, dealerships and fleet clients.-Manage and grow existing customer accounts through regular follow-ups, relationship building and excellent service.-Actively promote in-stock items and specials from the warehouse to move fast-moving and high-value stock.-Prepare and follow up on quotes and orders, ensuring quick turnaround times and accurate information.-Conduct client visits in Gauteng (and surrounding areas as needed) to maintain visibility and strengthen relationships.-Work closely with the internal team (quotations, warehouse, drivers) to ensure smooth order processing and on-time deliveries.-Track daily sales activities (calls, visits, quotes, conversions) and report on performance and pipeline.-Provide feedback on market trends, competitor pricing and customer needs to help refine our sales strategy.Requirements-Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in automotive parts, motor industry, or similar technical product environment.-Strong cold-calling, WhatsApp and face-to-face selling skills.-Ability to understand basic costing, GP and discount structures.-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.-Target-driven, self-motivated and comfortable working under pressure.-Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport (advantageous).-Basic computer skills (email, Excel, quoting systems).Remuneration & IncentivesBasic Salary: R6,000 – R10,000 per month (experience dependent).Commission: Attractive commission on Gross Profit (GP) generated from your sales.Ideal Candidate-You are hungry to earn more through performance-based commission, not just a basic salary.-You are confident speaking to fleet managers, workshop managers, owners and insurance-linked stakeholders.-You enjoy being on the phone and on the road, hunting for business and building relationships.-You take ownership, follow up without being chased, and do what it takes to close the deal.How to ApplyPlease send your CV and a short motivation email with the subject line:“Application – B2B Sales Representative (MPT)”to: hluzeka@mptsa.co.zaIn your motivation, briefly tell us:-Your B2B sales experience.-Your experience in the motor/parts industry (if any).-Your current/last basic salary and commission structure.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
