This on-site, full-time position focuses on selling premium custom curtains and related soft furnishing products to residential and commercial clients.Your main responsibility will be to engage with customers, understand their design preferences, guide them through fabric selection, provide personalized solutions, and ensure a smooth and satisfying sales experience from consultation to installation.Key Responsibilities:Consult with clients on-site or in the showroom to understand their curtain and interior needsPresent product options, fabrics, and design concepts tailored to each client’s style and budgetPrepare quotations and close sales to achieve monthly targetsBuild and maintain long-term customer relationshipsCollaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure flawless executionStay updated on design trends, materials, and competitors in the soft furnishing marketQualificationsProven experience in sales of custom curtains, soft furnishings, or interior décor preferredStrong presentation, negotiation, and customer engagement skillsExcellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia (English proficiency is an advantage)Good understanding of fabrics, curtain styles, and home interior conceptsSelf-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaborativelyBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Interior Design, or related field
