About the company:Our client is a technology company that provides a user-friendly platform for personal trainers and fitness influencers, enabling them to launch and manage their online coaching businesses effectively.Job Description:We are looking for a charismatic and highly communicative Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for calling warm to hot leads on behalf of our partnered coaches to sell a coaching platform. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that prospects understand the value of the platform and guiding them through the sales process.Responsibilities of the role:- Conduct 15-35 calls per day (varies based on schedule and lead volume).- Engage potential clients, clearly communicate the benefits of the coaching platform, and handle objections effectively.- Provide feedback to coaches and account managers based on sales calls.- Attend team meetings per week for training and strategy alignment.- Perform admin tasks, including follow-ups with previous leads.Required Experience and Qualifications:- Strong charismatic presence and excellent listening skills.- Ability to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility based on business needs.- Sales experience preferred but not required.Preferred Skills:- Charismatic communication style.- Strong objection handling abilities.Personality:- Outgoing and engaging demeanor.- Ability to adapt to different client personalities and needs.Software & Tools- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.English Level:C2
