We are supporting a global technology consultancy who delivers enterprise-level digital transformations to a diverse international client base. As part of their expansion in the region, they are hiring a Program Manager to lead complex, high-impact initiatives. This is a senior-level position responsible for driving enterprise-scale programs across multiple business units, ensuring alignment with strategic goals while overseeing delivery across cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage large-scale, cross-functional programs from inception through completion, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are met. Oversee a portfolio of initiatives spanning multiple departments or business lines.
Act as a central point of accountability for planning, resource allocation, communications, risk and issue management. Deliver detailed reporting and program updates to stakeholders, executives, and project sponsors. Build and inspire high-performing project teams, while providing coaching and day-to-day support. Identify and implement best practices in project and program delivery across the organisation. Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor. Support process improvement initiatives and lead the adoption of delivery standards, frameworks, and tools. What We're Looking For: 5+ years of experience managing complex programs in a technology environment; SaaS or cloud delivery preferred.
Strong understanding of program lifecycle management and enterprise IT environments. Proven ability to drive multi-project portfolios with competing priorities. Professional certifications such as PgMP, PMP, or Agile are highly desirable. Experience with ServiceNow implementations is a strong plus. Skilled in stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and executive communication. Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, particularly for financial tracking and executive-level presentations. Ability to coach and mentor junior project managers as a team lead.
