IT Specialist

Job OverviewAs an IT Specialist, you will be a crucial component in maintaining and enhancing our company’s digital infrastructure. This role demands a proactive individual with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently, manage IT systems, and support various departments' technology needs. This opportunity is ideal for a tech-savvy professional eager to apply their expertise in a dynamic and innovative setting. Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor streaming equipment using specialized tools to maintain high-quality service delivery. Handle IT support requests for critical systems such as Dealer Modules, Encoders, Access Points, and Switches.

Collaborate with the development team to test new applications and coordinate with audio-visual, security, and IT teams to ensure seamless network operations. Maintain operational encoders and media servers to enable smooth live broadcasting, swiftly addressing any issues. Work closely with the Head of Operations and Shift Managers to resolve technical issues efficiently, including replacing faulty equipment. Manage workstation configurations, user access, and internal procedures, ensuring IT incidents are resolved within SLA timelines to avoid service interruptions. Oversee IT inventory, perform audits, and liaise with suppliers to address IT concerns with minimal disruption.

Required Skills And QualificationsNative or fluent English speaker (C1 level), with excellent written and verbal communication skills. At least three years of experience providing hardware and software support in a technical setting. Expertise in troubleshooting Windows/Linux systems and managing Active Directory. Extensive experience in hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of Wi-Fi networks and network management for reliable connectivity.
