SAMA CSF Implementation Expert (Contract – 3 Months)

Location: [On-site on Riyadh] Contract Duration: 3 Months Start Date: [1st of November 2025]Job Description: We are seeking an experienced SAMA Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) Implementation Expert to lead a short-term engagement within the fintech sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in implementing the SAMA CSF, particularly for fintech companies transitioning from the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) sandbox to full operational status.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end implementation of the SAMA CSF within the organization.Assess current cybersecurity posture and align it with SAMA CSF requirements.Develop and execute compliance roadmaps and documentation.Liaise with SAMA and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transition from sandbox to production.Provide strategic guidance and hands-on support throughout the engagement.Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity compliance and SAMA CSF implementation.Prior experience working with fintech firms exiting the SAMA sandbox is mandatory.Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, risk management, and cybersecurity governance.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Contract Type: Short-term (3 months) Engagement: Full-time / Consultant Basis
