Job DescriptionTo provide a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young learners aged 1.5 to 5 years. Guided by the relevant curriculum, Homeroom Teacher will lead the implementation of developmentally appropriate practices to support children's holistic growth and development. Homeroom Teacher will be teaching the subjects; ELAR, Numeracy, Science, Art, Music and ICT (for K2 only) that are aligned with relevant curriculums implemented in the ELC departments.Develop and implement engaging and differentiated lesson plans based on the IEYC framework to promote children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Establish and maintain a safe, orderly, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning. Manage classroom resources, materials, and equipment effectively to support teaching and learning activities. Conduct ongoing observations and assessments to monitor children's progress and development. Establish open and collaborative partnerships with parents/guardians through regular communication, including parent-teacher conferences, newsletters, and informal updates. QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Psychology or Early Childhood Education1-3 years experience in teaching Early Years in private or international schoolHas familiarity with Playbased Learning CurriculumFluent communication in English is a must and basic skills in Mandarin would be preferableProven ability to develop successful academic programs.
