Position SummaryWe are looking for a new Customs Coordination Specialist to join our Customs & Order Desk team!Role And ResponsibilitiesCustoms clearance process / Free of charge Import for CRO and SLOExport to all Samsung Electronics Adriatic (SEAD) countries – Free of charge Export processChecking and requesting Proforma Invoices from non EU suppliersCollecting offers and provide best solution for transportation to all SEAD countriesHandling warehouse in and out process – dispatch and arrivals from and to warehouse in CroatiaAdministration of Customs book and creating import numbersMaintains inbound and outbound carrier scheduleCost calculations for export/import documentsShipment tracking across multiple transport channels and informing stakeholders regarding statusTransport organization of goods in land and non EU countriesInventory checkScrap administration preparationMaterial list reportWarehouse administration coordinationOther tasks per direct managers requestQualification/ExperienceSkills and QualificationsUniversity degree, preferably in economics or businessExperience in logistics management and import export operations at least two (2) yearsForwarding agency experienceKnowledgeUpper-intermediate command of EnglishAdvanced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAPJob Related SkillsTeamwork orientation – able to work effectively across different teamsGood communication skillsAble to handle pressure, especially at flagship period end when dealing with a high volume of workHighly motivated person with a “can do” attitudeOrganized and process drivenFocused on detailsExcellent planning skillsAbility to accept responsibilityHigh degree of client focus Please visit Samsung membership to see Privacy Policy, which defaults according to your location, at:
